Size Guide

Measurements beat guessing. Grab a shirt you already like, lay it flat, and compare — it's the fastest way to get this right the first time.

Replace these numbers before launch. They're standard retail-blank dimensions used as a starting template — not yet checked against the actual blanks you print on. Pull the real spec sheet from your supplier, update the tables, then delete this box.

How to measure

Every number below is the garment laid flat, not your body. Take a shirt that fits the way you want ours to fit and measure it the same way:

  • Chest width — across the front, one inch below the armhole, seam to seam.
  • Body length — from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
  • Sleeve length — from the shoulder seam to the cuff (from centre back for long sleeves).

Measurements are in inches with a tolerance of about half an inch either way, which is normal for cut-and-sew garments.

How ours fit

Between two sizes?

Size down for fitted, up for relaxed. Our tees run true with a slightly boxy body and a wider shoulder than a classic slim tee, so if you're used to a fitted cut and you're on the line, take the smaller one.

The heavyweight and boxy pieces

The Salt & Light Heavyweight and the Psalm 23 Boxy Tee are cut deliberately wide with a drop shoulder. They're meant to be worn oversized. If that isn't your thing, go one size down from your usual.

Fleece

Hoodies and crewnecks are already generous — take your normal size unless you want to layer something thick underneath.

Care

  • Wash cold, inside out, with like colours.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang dry to keep prints sharpest for longest.
  • Don't iron directly on a print. Turn the garment inside out first.
  • Skip fabric softener on fleece — it flattens the pile over time.
  • Garment-dyed and pigment-dyed pieces will fade slightly with washing. That's the point.
