Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us when you order. Short, and in plain English.

Last updated August 25, 2026

Before you publish: replace [STATE] and [BUSINESS ADDRESS], have a lawyer in your state review it, then delete this box. A starting draft, not legal advice.

1. Agreement

By using kingdomculture.co or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't order. We may update these terms; the version in force is whatever is posted here when you order.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Garment-dyed and pigment-dyed pieces vary slightly between units — that's the process, not a defect, and it isn't grounds for a return beyond the normal window. Screen colours differ between devices, so colour on your monitor may not match the garment exactly.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. We print in small runs; stock can sell out between you loading a page and completing checkout. If we can't fill your order we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typo or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it. We'll tell you if that happens.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, not when you click. We may refuse or cancel any order — suspected fraud, reseller activity, or a shipping address we can't serve.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through a third-party processor. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method. We don't store full card numbers.

6. Shipping and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel. Delivery estimates are estimates. See Shipping & Returns for the full detail.

7. Returns

Our return policy forms part of these terms and is set out on the Shipping & Returns page.

8. Intellectual property

The Kingdom Culture Co. name, logo, artwork, product designs, photography, and site copy belong to us. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not the artwork on it. Don't reproduce our designs on merchandise, don't use our name or logo to imply we endorse you, and don't scrape the site to rebuild it elsewhere.

You may of course photograph and post what you bought. We'd like that.

9. Your conduct

Don't attempt to breach the site, place fraudulent orders, or use the shop for anything unlawful.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed events.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and we both consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing anything, email us — nearly everything is solvable that way.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
